Description
This ministry serves the community by reaching out to those who are in need of assistance due to age, illness, or any other limitation that prevents their active participation in typical parish events.

Requirements
Open to all parishioners (including children with their parents) who wish to reach out to the elderly or the homebound, which makes this a great family ministry. Must attend an initial training session, followed by infrequent meetings on an "as-needed" basis. Visitation schedule may vary from once a week to once a month. However, participants should plan to make a long-term commitment to the individual(s) they "adopt."
